How to access medical treatment through UnitedHealthcare?

1. Select a Provider: You can search for in-network healthcare providers using the network's search website or by calling the service hotline. 

Providers may change without notice. Please confirm the network status with your provider (facility and doctor) before scheduling an appointment.

2. Appointment: Contact your chosen healthcare provider directly to schedule an appointment, mentioning that you are using the United Healthcare Network (there is no need to mention MSH CHINA).

3. Doctor’s Visit: Please arrive at the healthcare facility 15 minutes early and show your insurance card, letting staff know you are with United Healthcare.

If the healthcare provider cannot offer direct billing services or does not work with insurance companies, please ask them to contact UHC.

4. Pharmacy: The OptumRx pharmacy network includes most retail pharmacies, encompassing large national chains as well as many community pharmacies.

5. Billing: Healthcare institutions will manage their payments directly with MSH China.
