  • Job Responsibilities

    Duty 1

    Ensure renewal ratio and the revenue of existing projects

    In order to achieve the business target of assigned projects including high-end or middle-end health insurance plan, health management etc.:

    a. Maintain the good relationship with the insurers, support the insuers of renewal and implementation, coordinate to solve the issues of cooperation and service.

    b. Conduct service review regularly with the insurers, listen to the needs of the insurer and response accordingly.

    c. Assist the insurers to expand the business by providing sales support.

    Duty 2
    

    New business development

    In order to achieve the new business target:

    a. Assist team leader to seek for cooperative opportunities with new insurers and to establish partnership with new insurers.

    B. Assit team leader to carry out secondary sales for assigned projects and seek for cooperative opportunities of new products, new projects or new branches

    Duty 3

    Other tasks assigned by the superior.

  • Job Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above

    • Having great interest and enthusiasm in business developmnet with logical thinking, good communication skills and execution.

    • Having strong business sensitivity and planning ability with excellent analyttical and problem solving skills.

    • Having strong responsibility, carefulness and team spirit with good Chinese and English bilingual ability in both written and spoken.

    • Basic customer service: Read and explain health insurance policies, hospital referrals, hospital appointments, phamacy delivery, collect claim documents, individual underwriting

    • Claim appeals, Ex-gratia applications, complaints handling, support AM to maintain client relationship

    • Collect outstanding balance amount

    • Other responsibilities announced by supervisor, manager and director
