Job Responsibility:

1. Register and audit the claims data;

2. Assist pre-existing condition investigation procedure;

3. Claims explanation;

4. Familiar with the claims system to optimize and continuously improve work efficiency.


Job Requirement:

1. College degree or above, medical background is preferred;

2. Good English reading and writing, Skilled in OFFICE operation;

3. Passionate caring; ready to help others; sense of responsibility, good compressive ability and communication skills, have a strong sense of teamwork;

4. Experience with high-end health insurance claims audition is preferred.
