In January 2018, the Bureau Veritas Certification Group announced that after a one-year process improvement and rigorous review process, MSH CHINA met the applicable conditions and requirements of the ISO9001:2015 management system standards, and so has once again been granted certification.

ISO9001:2015 management system standard requires enterprises to redesign and improve the applicable quality management system from their own working environment, and introduces the idea of risk management, using PDCA to manage and make assessment for every point of the whole business links within the enterprises and making sure to prevent unexpected service output.

In 2011, MSH took the lead in the industry through obtaining certification in the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring that MSH would be able to provide customers with high-end health insurance during each step of the process.
