Job Responsibilities:

1Auditing qualifications of the insured to ensure claims processing; Manage claims files

2Provide customer service by phone, correspondence and e-mail to ensure the smooth service;

3Follow up the repudiation of claims payment of bank to ensure the smooth progress of the payment.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; Korean/English or other related professionals;

2. Good customer service awareness, practical and diligent;

3. Fluent Indonesian and English, proficiency in computer operation.
